Your privacy matters to us. We place great value on the security of your (personal) data. We have taken various technical and organizational measures to keep your information safe at all times. One of the ways we do this is by working in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 27001 guidelines, for which we have been certified.
PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
As you are using our services and/or have provided us with your personal details when you filled in the contact form at our website, it is possible that these personal data are processed by us.
When you use the contact form at our website, we may process the following personal data:
- your first name and surname;
- your email address
- your phone number
We will use these data only to contact you upon your request, by email or by telephone.
If you or your employer are using our services, we will sign a separate collaboration agreement together. All matters relating to data processing are laid down in a processing agreement, which forms an integral part of the collaboration agreement.
If you wish to become a customer, we provide your data to Economic Data Resources B.V. (EDR). EDR will provide a credit reference advice based on the information we provide and the information EDR sustains. EDR uses your data for research regarding credit information and your contact details. RETENTION PERIOD
We will not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose for which we collect your data. In the event we do not sign a collaboration agreement with you or your employer, your data will not be retained any longer than one (1) year.
SHARING DATA
We shall only provide third parties with your data in the event they are required in the execution of the collaboration agreement, or in order to comply with a legal obligation. Personal details left by you on our website will not be provided to third parties without your consent.
REAL1ZE SOFTWARE
If you use Real1ze software, then your employer has entered into a collaboration agreement and a processing agreement with Real1ze. This means your personal details are safeguarded at all times. Our software is supportive to the work we carry out on the instructions of your employer.
WEBSITE | GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics in order to track how visitors use our website and in order to measure the effectiveness of Adwords advertisements. The information gathered through these tools, including the IP address, are stored by Google on servers in the United States of America. Please refer to the Google website for the Google privacy policy.
SECURITY
We have taken appropriate measures to counteract abuse, loss, unauthorized access, undesired disclosure and unauthorized amendment of (personal) data. These measures include, but are not confined to:
- Information security policy;
- Policy user rights and access security systems;
- Data is stored encrypted;
- Supervision of sub-processors.
In addition, we work, at all times, in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 27001 guidelines, for which we have been certified.
